Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked and a link to our instructions page.
Do you ship to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to these locations. Please Contact Us with details of exactly what you would like to order and the shipping address for a quote.
Do you ship to the UK, Australia, or other international locations?
Currently, we are not shipping to these locations due to the excessive cost. We hope to find an economical solution in the near future to help get our products to our friends overseas.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are based on the size of the item.
For example, the welding cart kits can weigh as much as 90 lbs so we have set flat rate shipping to get you the best price possible. All shipping charges will be seen before checkout is complete.
Our website does not allow us to combine shipping for multiple items. Please contact us for a shipping quote. NOTE: Some items ship in flat rate boxes and are not eligible for combined shipping.
What forms of payments do you accept?
You may use any of our current payment options during checkout which include Paypal or most Major Credit Cards. Please note that we will not ship anything until we have received payment.
Will I be charged tax?
California residents will be subject to tax.
What is your return policy?
Un-opened packages may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Prior approval must be obtained by emailing email@example.com. Any returns without a Return Authorization will be rejected and no credit will be issued. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and must include insurance. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee and no refunds will be issued until all items are returned, inspected, and found to be damage free and in the un-opened, original packaging.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
