This cart fits the EXT series of welders from Everlast (DOES NOT FIT THE NEW 2021 MODELS) with room for the Powercool 300 Water Cooler. The base is made from CNC cut and formed 12ga HRPO steel with CNC bent 1" x 14ga CREW tubes for the frame. All parts are shipped cut, formed, and ready for you to weld with your choice of Dual 150cu ft or Single 300cu ft bottle brackets. 

 

This kit includes;

• Pre-cut and formed sheet metal
• Pre-bent Tubes
• Machine Specific Mounts
• Cylinder Rack for up to (2) 150cu ft bottles (7" dia or smaller) or (1) 300cu ft Bottle (9.25" dia or smaller). 
• TIG Rod Storage in Cylinder Rack for 4 ROD Guard Tubes (Tubes NOT included but can be purchased here)
• Bottle Chains
• (2) Cord Hangers
• 8" Rear Wheels
• 3" Swivel Casters
• Hardware for casters
• Approx Overall Cart Dimensions are (LxWxH); 40"x 24"x 35". Length is increased approx 1.5" for the Single 9" Bottle Cart.
