Our welding cart kit turns your US General 14.5" Series 2 or 15" Series 3 End Cabinet into a fully functional welding cart!  We provide you with CNC Laser cut and formed steel bracketry that is CAD designed to bolt to the factory caster mounts of your tool box. With a little welding and drilling, it will hold a single gas bottle up to 9" in diameter. The bottle bracket also features built in TIG rod tube storage for use with Rod Guard TIG rod tubes (sold separately). Each kit comes standard with (2) cord hangers, wheels, casters, and all necessary hardware. Kit is shipped in raw steel and will require welding and paint. 

 

KIT Includes:

• 12ga CNC cut and formed bracketry for bottle mounts 
• 1/4" thick Axle Bracket
• 5/8" Diameter Solid Steel axle shafts
• 12ga Bottle Bracket with holes for TIG ROD storage tubes  TIG Rod Tubes NOT included but can be purchased here.
• (2) 14ga steel Cord hangers with hardware
• 8" Rear wheels with full roller bearings, grease fittings, and hardware
• 3" Front Casters with 12ga steel mounting brackets
• Bottle Chain to keep the bottle secured to the cart.
